This certification aims to ensure that products sold in the markets of GCC member countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) comply with specific technical and quality standards to safeguard consumer safety and rights.

GCC certification refers to a series of certification systems developed and implemented by Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. This certification aims to ensure that products sold in the markets of GCC member countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman) comply with specific technical and quality standards to safeguard consumer safety and rights.


GCC certification is a mandatory certification system, and regulation BD-142004-01 has been fully enforced since July 1, 2016. After January 1, 2017, low-voltage electronic and electrical equipment and appliances locally manufactured or imported into the market of Gulf countries that have been certified must be stamped with a G logo with a QR code and issuing authority number.


Suitable for different types of products, including but not limited to electronic products, home appliances, cosmetics, toys, food and beverages, etc. The product needs to undergo a series of tests, evaluations, and audits to ensure compliance with GCC standards. These standards may include requirements regarding product quality, safety, sustainability, environmental protection, and other aspects.
