EAC certification is the product certification system of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), applicable to the markets of five countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. This certification covers a wide range of products including mechanical equipment, electronic products, food and beverages, and chemical products. 

OTTC (Одобрение типа транспортного средства, Type Approval Certificate for Wheeled Vehicles) is a mandatory certification procedure carried out in accordance with the technical regulation TR TC 018/2011 of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Wheeled Vehicle Safety". Obtaining an OTTC certificate is a necessary condition for manufacturers to legally place their products on the markets of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. OTTC certification is an indispensable document for vehicles to enter the Russian market. Without it, vehicles cannot be sold or used in Russia. OTTC certification raises the threshold for vehicles to enter the Russian market, eliminates non-compliant vehicles, ensures the quality of vehicles on the market, and regulates the market environment.
